Step 3: PROFESSIONAL HALLWAY PROTECTION
Before we move a single piece of furniture, we protect the entire route. Flooring protection, cardboard corner guards on doorways, blankets in hallways, temporary coverings on railings. Damage prevention is the priority.
Step 4: CAREFUL, EFFICIENT LOADING

How far in advance should I book a condo move?
Book as soon as you have a move date. Freight elevators in high-rise buildings book weeks in advance. For mid-rise or smaller buildings, 1-2 weeks is usually fine. Call immediately to check availability and secure your freight elevator slot if needed.
How do you protect hallways and doorways from damage?
We use temporary cardboard corner guards on doorframes, thick flooring protection in hallways, blankets on railings and corners, and protective coverings on walls. Everything goes down before we move anything. Removal and cleanup happen at the end. Your damage deposit stays safe.
What if my furniture won't fit down the hallway or through my unit door?
We assess dimensions before move day. Disassembly often solves the problem -- couches come apart, bed frames disassemble, dressers can be emptied. Some condos have narrow hallways that require creative angling. We develop a plan that works without damaging the building or furniture.
