What if my moving day takes longer than expected?
No extra penalty. Unlike some movers, if your move runs longer than estimated, you don't get hit with surprise charges. We build realistic timelines based on 40+ years of experience moving Vancouver homes and offices.
Do I have to sign a long storage contract?
No. We offer flexible terms. Need storage for a month or six months? That works for us. No minimums, no hidden fees.
Is my furniture insured while in storage?
Storage insurance is available for purchase. Talk to us about adding coverage based on your belongings' value.
Can you move specialty items like pianos or appliances?
Absolutely. Pianos are a specialty for us – we use proper equipment and trained movers to handle them safely. Same goes for washers, dryers, fridges, and other heavy appliances.
