We Show Up and Pack We arrive with all materials at the agreed time. We wrap, box, and label everything. Each box gets marked off an inventory list. You end up with packed home and a complete list of what’s in each box.

We use reinforced dish pack boxes, wardrobe boxes with hanging bars, clean packing paper, bubble wrap, 5-mil mattress bags, furniture blankets, foam protectors, and professional tape.
Fragile Items Get Extra Care
- Glassware – Each piece wraps individually in multiple layers. Plates on edge. Reinforced boxes with extra padding.
- Artwork – Glass covered with protective cardboard. Multiple bubble wrap layers. Large pieces wrap in blankets and travel upright.
- Electronics – Original boxes when possible. Screens get foam protection. Cables labeled. Everything marked so nothing goes upside down.
- Books & Documents – Stack spine-down to distribute weight. Important documents in sealed, labeled boxes. Old albums get moisture protection.
- Clothing – Wardrobe boxes transfer from your closet rod to ours. Shoes wrap individually. Delicate fabrics get acid-free tissue.

How long does packing take?
A typical 2-3 bedroom home takes 4-8 hours for full packing. Partial packing usually 2-4 hours. We estimate during your quote.
Can you pack on moving day?
Yes. Day-before or moving-day packing—whatever works for you.
What if I pack some things myself?
That’s fine. You pack books, linens, clothes. We handle fragile and expensive items.
How do you label boxes?
Actual contents (not codes), which room it goes to, “FRAGILE” if needed, and a number tied to your inventory list.

Yes. Tell us during the quote so we can plan accordingly.
Do you sell packing supplies?
We sell and rent professional-grade boxes, paper, bubble wrap, mattress bags, wardrobe boxes, and tape. We’ll give tips on proper technique too.
