Can I move in winter?
A: Yes. Winter moves take longer because of weather. Roads can be icy. Timelines might extend. Best if you have flexible arrival dates. Also less expensive.
What if my new home isn’t ready?
A: We offer climate-controlled storage so your belongings wait safely while you get settled.
How do I know my stuff is safe?
A: Professional packing designed for long distance. Everything is tracked. Insurance protects your belongings. Our drivers understand the value of what they’re carrying.
What about insurance coverage?
A: Standard coverage is included. Full coverage is optional and covers items at declared value if damage occurs. Recommended for valuable items.

How do I prepare my belongings?

What happens to my furniture?
A: Large furniture disassembles carefully, gets protected with blankets, loads securely, transports safely, and reassembles in your new home. Hardware is labeled for easy reassembly.
Can you coordinate vehicle transport?
A: Yes. We work with transport partners to arrange this as part of your overall move.
What if something gets damaged?
A: We document damage, insurance covers it (if you have full coverage), and we work to resolve it. Most items arrive in perfect condition.
How long until I get my full shipment?
A: Usually 1-3 days after the truck arrives. We unload systematically, placing furniture where you want it and boxes in correct rooms.
What should I keep with me?
A: Passports, important documents, medications, valuables, jewelry, items you need immediately. Don’t pack these. Keep electronics chargers and overnight items.
